Gearing Plans

As part of a wealth generating and tax-minimisation strategy, your Financial Adviser will assess your current requirements to provide a focused solution based on negative, positive or neutral gearing:

Negative gearing - When the interest payments and other investment costs exceed the income you receive from your investment.

Positive gearing - When the interest payments and other investment costs are lower than the income you receive from the investment.

Neutral gearing - When the interest payments and other investment costs are the same as the income you receive from the investment.
