Robin Roth is a Certified Financial Planner (CFP) with over 40 years experience in the Financial Services industry.
In 1999 Robin created his own financial planning firm which then merged with Addwealth Pty Ltd in 2003. Addwealth is now an established boutique financial aplnning firm with more than $300 million funds under management across superannuation and investment markets. As on of the founding members of the Financial Planning Association of Australia (FPA), Robin advocated the professionalisation of the financial planning industry and pioneered the concept of professional investment advice for clients throughout Australia. Robin is now a Senior Associate of the FPA and continues to advocate their code of ethics to ensure that high standards of advice are provided to clients on an ongoing basis. Prior to Addwealth, Robin was involved in the establishment and ongoing management of the Financial Planning operations at Saw James Ltd, Bain & Co and Deutsche Bank in Western Australia. He also served as a Director of both Bain & Co and Deutsche Bank Australia for more than 15 years. At the outset of his career in 1968, Robin worked with Deloitte Chartered Accountants in London, and then as an Investment Manager for Liberty Life Ltd in South Africa where the funds under management grew from $100 Million to just under $1 Billion. For the last 5 years Robin's passion has been the development of the Ithaca process of health and wellbeing. This passion has seen the Ithaca process develop to include interrelated strategies in the areas of health, wealth and personal fulfillment as well as a model for monitoring and bechmarking progress over time.
